Combining Martini Rosso, with an added touch of Bourbon and Campari, the Black Truffle Negroni is a delicious autumnal take on an elegant, classic negroni but what makes this extraordinary is the addition of just a touch of Sabatino Truffle Drizzle / Truffle Syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Martini Rosso
- 25ml Bourbon
- 25ml Campari
- A couple of drops of Sabatino Truffle Drizzle / Truffle Syrup
- Garnish: Slice of black truffle and/or a strip of orange zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients except the garnish into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with the truffle slice and orange zest
